Dusty ruby color. Aromas and flavors of mixed red and blackberry juice, leather, tobacco, and cedar, grilled bell pepper, and grilled mushrooms with a velvety, vibrant, dry medium body and a warming, refreshing, medium-length finish with notes of vanilla and chocolate with dried cherries, dried figs, and Chinese 5 spice with well-integrated, medium tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. Layers of fruit mingle with good acid, well integrated oak, and ample tannins.”
